The Weekday Warrior Keto Package is perfect for those who live a busy lifestyle Monday to Friday and want easily maintain a healthy keto lifestyle. No need for cooking, cleaning or macro counting, we’ve done it all for you! Complete with a five days worth of meals and fat bombs for snacks, it is designed to get you into ketosis without having to cook or macro count. Each day’s meals contain less than 25 net grams of carbs and a minimum of 70% of calories coming from fat. You will receive a full nutritional breakdown of each day with your package. 


Macros: Each day's meals are based on a 70-80% fat, 20-25% protein and 5% carb macro count and have less than 25 g net carbs. 

Menu: This weeks Keto Kickstart meal plan includes 5 Dinners, 5 Lunches and 5 Breakfasts made up with the following: 

NOTE: You will need to freeze the last two days worth of meals when you receive your package!

  • Breakfasts: Lemon Blueberry Scone & Bacon Cheddar Biscuits 
  • Lunch: Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Sausage, Butter Chicken, Cabbage Rolls, Philly Cheesesteak Casserole with Super Slaw
  • Dinner: Southwest Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce, Keto Coleslaw and UnBun, Orange Glazed Pork Belly, Chicken Parmesan with Cauliflower Risotto
  • Snacks: Red Velvet Cake Bomb

What to expect:
Ketosis usually kicks in after 5-8 days of eating less than 25 net carbs per day. Make sure you follow the instructions that come with your kickstart package to achieve optimal results. We do not recommend consuming keto desserts on your first two weeks of starting the diet in order to help reduce sugar cravings. Please remember everyone's body and metabolism are different, and results will vary depending on starting point and body type.

Tracking your macros? All our bundles are available on MyFitnessPal (owned by underarmour) and Carb Manager. Simply search for your the meal item and add it to your daily food log!

Reheating Your Food
All meals can be reheated either in the microwave or the oven/toaster oven. We recommend reheating to an internal temperature of 165° F. To reheat in microwave, open a corner of the lid (remove any sauce containers) and microwave for 2 – 4 minutes. For the oven, preheat oven to 375° F, transfer food to oven proof container, and heat for 10 – 15 minutes. Exact heating time will vary on personal preference and appliance.
