COVID-19 Update, March 16th

To All our Customers
Given the concern about coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to give you an update on the steps that Ketolibriyum is taking to protect our employees and customers.
As the virus continues to spread in communities across Canada, and with Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer raising the public risk to ‘serious,’ we are seeing the need for increasingly bold action to reduce the transmission.
RETAIL STORE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 29
For your safety, the safety of our employees and the greater community we will be closing our retail store starting Tuesday, March 17 until March 29. Our kitchen, bakery and pick pack staff have added precautions for their and your safety which includes stringent disinfection protocols, gloves at all times.
We have made this decision in the spirit of social distancing, which -- all medical authorities agree -- is the best way to safeguard the health of our customers, ourselves, and our communities during the current COVID-19 outbreak. We feel that we must do our part to minimize the spread, keep those who are vulnerable safe, alleviate pressures on our health care system, and keep our front-line health care workers as safe as possible.
NOW DELIVERING 7 DAYS A WEEK IN LONDON & ST. THOMAS
DELIVERY FREE UNTIL MARCH 29 London and St Thomas only
All other home deliveries will not change at this time.
HOW IT WORKS
We will be delivering in London and St. Thomas from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week.
You will go online and place an order for London pick up. The online, in store ordering system allows you to pick any date and time with 48 hours notice. You will get an email the morning of your delivery with an ETA of delivery time.
Please respect our need to ensure personal distancing for our drivers with the contactless delivery approach we have now implemented. Our drivers are the front-line of Ketolibriyum, and we need to keep them healthy.
Finally, we want to thank our staff on your behalf. Most of our team who do not have the luxury of working from home at this time. We are proactively building plans to ensure we can continue full operations. Please understand that our employee well-being and that of their families will always come first, if we have to make decisions about limited service.
