PickUps (GTA)

We offer safe and secure pick ups in the GTA through Penguin Pick Ups. To order to a Penguin Pick Up, review the list of Penguin pick up locations. Once you have determined the location where you would like your order delivered, enter the address of that Penguin pick up location as your shipping address, with your billing address as your home address. There is a minimum of $50 order required and a $5 delivery fee.

You will receive a Ketolibriyum email the morning of your delivery with a ETA for when your delivery will arrive at your chosen location and an email from Penguin when it has officially arrived.

When do you deliver to PenguinPickUp?

The delivery day for the Penguin Pick-Ups in the GTA is Friday. 

How do I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email confirmation from Penguin Pick Up when your order is ready for pick-up. It will usually be after 4 PM on the delivery day. If you do not receive an email by 6PM please call us or your penguin pick up. 

How long do I have to pick up my delivery?

Your order will need to be picked up on SAME DAY as it was delivered. If you're unable to pick it up on the same day please call the penguin pickup directly. 

What if I need to call the Penguin Location?

Please look up your Penguin Pick Up on google for contact information / store hours.
