PALEO

A paleo diet includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering. A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming emerged about 10,000 years ago like dairy products, refined sugars, legumes and grains.

A Whole30 diet involves eating whole foods only for 30 days, including dietary fats, eggs, meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and spices. Foods such as legumes, processed foods, sugar, soda, alcohol, and artificial flavours like MSG must be avoided. It is similar to paleo eating but cleaner.
