Return, Cancelation & Exchange Policy

1. Cancelation Policy

All existing orders must be cancelled a maximum of 24 hours after placing your order. If you are on our auto delivery program (subscription) and wish to cancel you must contact us and be approved a minimum of 24 hours before your order is processed. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to COVID-19 as well as food safety regulations, we do not accept the return of product, materials or packaging. You can receive a refund within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase when appropriate. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

If a food product is not right, or was delivered to you damaged you may be eligible for a refund as well. Please contact info@ketolibriyum.ca with all refund inquiries.

3. Prepaid Subscriptions

If you have purchased / subscribed to a prepaid subscription, under no circumstances can you cancel, skip or change your plan. After purchase of any prepaid four week meal packages, there can be no cancelations, changes or refunds. With our preset / prepaid meal packages, meals cannot be swapped. By purchasing this product you're agreeing to let our experts choose your meals. 

4. Lost / Stolen Packages 

Stolen packages are not the responsibility of Ketolibriyum. At this time we are providing contactless delivery for your safety. It is your responsibility to pay attention to text ETA notifications/tracking link sent via email and text. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
