We've designed the Keto Builder Package for those looking for 2000+ calories a day without going over the carb count. Still focusing on getting 70-80% of calories from fat, with a little more protein, this bundle will keep you satiated and still help you maintain ketosis. Ideal for males or females needing a higher caloric intake, physically active individuals and athletes. Complete with a full week’s worth of meals and fat bombs for snacks, it is designed to get you into ketosis.

 

 

MACROS:

Each day's meals are based on a 70-80% fat, 20-25% protein and 5% carb count. Each day's meals contain less than 30 g net carbs. Calories range from around 2100 - 2300. You will receive a macro and weekly menu guide with your package. 

Tracking your macros? All our bundles are available on MyFitnessPal (owned by underarmour) and Carb Manager. Simply search for your the meal item and add it to your daily food log!

The Keto Builder meal plan includes 7 Dinners, 7 Lunches and 7 Breakfasts as well as keto snack options. See below for the meal package contents!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Ketosis usually kicks in after 5-8 days of eating around 25 net carbs per day. Make sure you follow the instructions that come with your kickstart package to achieve optimal results. We do not recommend consuming keto desserts on your first two weeks of starting the diet in order to help reduce sugar cravings. Please remember everyone's body and metabolism are different, and results will vary depending on starting point and body type.
