In our journey at Ketolibriyum, we’ve always been advocates for the belief that food is not just sustenance but a powerful source of healing. We understand that health and dietary needs are as diverse as the individuals we serve, and we’ve taken to heart the feedback from our community seeking more variety in their meals.

It’s with great excitement that we announce the introduction of new meal options to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences and nutritional needs, including Mediterranean, Plant-Based, and Athlete meals, alongside our beloved Keto offerings. See below for more FAQs on our new meals. 


If you are a keto company, why are you selling non-keto meals?

This decision is a response to the demand from our existing customer base, reflecting our commitment to adapt and evolve in order to meet their needs and preferences. By introducing a variety of non-keto but still health-conscious meals, we aim to better serve our customers who may not adhere strictly to a keto diet but are still looking to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of options that support the health and wellness journeys of all our customers, regardless of where they are on their path to a healthier lifestyle.


Don’t you believe in eating keto for health reasons?

Understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach does not cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our customers, we've chosen to expand our offerings beyond strict keto meals. This expansion allows us to support a broader spectrum of low-carb and healthy eating practices, aligning with our belief that food should be tailored to individual health goals and lifestyle choices. 


I am someone who wants to follow a strict keto diet, can I include your new meals in my eating?

If you are looking to maintain a strict keto diet, you will need to stick to selecting meals only from our keto menu. If you’re goals are to live a healthy low-carb lifestyle, but don’t need to be strict keto, you can try adding on our new meals to introduce healthy carbs. 


How do I know when I'm ordering which meals are keto or not?

There are many ways to tell which meals are keto. The easiest way is to look at the macros on the product. If a meal has more than 11 - 12 grams of net carbs, it is not a strict keto. You can also look for the lifestyle options present on the product page, they will only have the correct icons

 

Are you still gluten-free?

Yes we are still 100% gluten-free and refined sugar-free! No gluten is included in any of our new meals. 

 

Will there be new subscription plans for non-keto meals?

At the moment, none of our new meals are in the keto meal packages. We plan to offer a new meal packages that would include all diet types in the very near future, so you can choose between keto, mediterranean, plant based and athlete meals all from one package.
