Important note about delivery locations

Due to the perishable nature of our product and time-sensitive delivery, there are some areas that our delivery partners cannot service at this time. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@ketolibriyum.ca if you're not sure if we deliver to you. 

When do you deliver?

We deliver Wednesday. Your delivery date will be calculated at checkout once you've entered in your address. 

When do I need to place my order by?

If you would like your food weekly, you must order before the deadline.

What delivery service do you use?

We work with a number of delivery partners to ensure safe delivery of your food. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via courier service. 

What if I want to place an order for pick-up at your retail stores?

If you are visiting London or live near by the store, you can place an order for pick-up in-store. To do this select 'in-store pickup' during the checkout process. You also can just drop in to shop without placing an order ahead of time.

Is there a minimum order?

We have a $50 order minimum for all deliveries. There is no order minimum if you are selecting a retail pick-up. 

Is there a charge for delivery?

There is a charge for delivery based on your postal code of up to $24.95.
