Important note about delivery locations

Due to the perishable nature of our product and time-sensitive delivery, there are some areas that our delivery partners cannot service at this time. Please reach out to our customer service team at info@ketolibriyum.ca if you're not sure if we deliver to you. 

When do you deliver?

We deliver Wednesday and Fridays every week depending on your location. Your delivery date will be calculated at checkout once you've entered in your address. You can also click a location on the map to find the delivery date for a given city. Courier orders can only receive delivery Wednesday.

When do I need to place my order by?

If you would like your food weekly, you must order before the deadline. To find your order deadline, please see below:

Subscription Deadlines 

After the deadline, the order is processed and it is too late to make changes to your subscription order. 

What delivery service do you use?

We work with a number of delivery partners to ensure safe delivery of your food. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via courier service. 

What if I want to place an order for pick-up at your retail stores?

If you are visiting London or Oakville or live near by the store, you can place an order for pick-up in-store. To do this select 'in-store pickup' during the checkout process. You also can just drop in to shop without placing an order ahead of time.

Is there a minimum order?

We have a $50 order minimum for all deliveries. There is no order minimum if you are selecting a retail pick-up. 

Is there a charge for delivery?

There is a charge for delivery based on your postal code of up to $39.95.
