Cancellation policy

At Ketolibriyum / Clean Cravings Kitchen, we understand that plans change. Below is our cancellation policy based on the type of purchase you’ve made.

1. À La Carte Orders

  • À la carte orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation requests will be reviewed. If approved, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
  • Once an order has been prepared and packed, it cannot be canceled.

2. Subscription Orders

  • No refunds will be issued for subscription orders once they have been processed.
  • If you need to cancel a future subscription order, you must do so before the next charge date in your account or by contacting info@ketolibriyum.ca.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the charge has been processed, a store credit may be provided if approved by our team.

3. Preset Meal Packages

  • Meals in preset meal packages cannot be swapped once purchased.
  • By selecting a pre-set package, you agree to receive the meals chosen by our team.

4. Order Adjustments

  • Once an order is placed, it is generally considered final and cannot be changed.
  • In exceptional cases, requests for modifications may be accommodated with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery date. 
  • We cannot under any circumstances process changes within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date.
