Delivery Status / Notifications

All orders are processed according to our delivery schedules. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and an email or SMS notification when your order is out for delivery.

  • London, Ontario deliveries: Notifications will come from Tyltgo.
  • Courier deliveries (as noted at checkout): Notifications will come from Flagship.
  • All other deliveries: Notifications will come from Flashbox.

You will receive a notification when your order is on its way and another when it has been delivered. These notifications may sometimes go to your junk or spam folder, so please check there if you don’t see them. If you need a status update, feel free to reach out to us!

Courier Orders & Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, courier delays, though uncommon, can happen. A delivery window of 2-3 days is possible. If your order is delayed within this timeframe, we are not automatically able to provide refunds, but if you have concerns, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.

We continue to pack all courier orders with extra ice packs and temperature-controlled materials to keep your meals fresh during transit, even in the event of a delay.

Delivery Fees and Schedules

  • Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout and range from $5 to $39.95, depending on your location. A minimum $50 order is required for all deliveries. We are continuously working to offer the best rates and lower the free shipping threshold.
  • Delivery Schedule: All deliveries are made on either Tuesdays or Fridays, depending on your location. For courier deliveries, the delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate. Delivery on the exact date is not guaranteed for courier shipments.

We strive to keep our shipping map up to date, but our third-party couriers may adjust service areas without notice.

In-Store Pickup

Local delivery to our stores is free at the following locations:

When placing your order, select Retail Pickup, choose your location and date, and your order will be ready for pickup on the selected day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
