What was that chicken Alfredo dish with cauliflower, bacon, and spinach? Bring that one back… Love it!

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

I really love carrot cakes and this one did not disappointed me. It is my first carrot cake since I started the keto diet. Excellent. Is a little dryer than the carrot cakes I was used to.

The carrot cake was lovely and I would definitely order it again. Really nice to have such a great tasting dessert that is still keto to help keep me on track. So much of the Ketolibriyum products taste great and make me not miss carbs!

I have missed carrot cake so much, but I really didn't want to buy it and be disappointed. Well cravings got the better of me, and I broke down and got. And instant gratification on first bite! So good! Definitely going to be in my sweet treat rotation!

Store owner replied: Thank you so so much!! Great to hear this, one of my fav desserts!

It would be nice if there was at least 2 or 3 pecans on the top of the cake, but it's still delicious with the one.
