Important updates about online ordering
Dear Customers,
This past week, there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 at our Production facility in London. In abundance of caution, and to ensure all our staff has the chance to get tested, we have made the difficult decision to close our production facility until after the holiday. This closure allows our staff time to be PCR tested and self-isolate.
Due to this, we will not be accepting any new orders until December 25th, and the shelves may not be as full in our retail stores. Additionally, not all current orders will be able to be delivered.
Our customer service team will be working hard remotely contact and process refunds to orders we are unable to deliver. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
We are taking every precaution needed to ensure the safety of our staff and community and will only move forward when it is right to do so.
Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment and inconvenience these changes may cause.
