FAQ's Same Day Pick Up

Is there an order minimum for retail pick-up?

Nope! Order as much or as little as you like. Retail pick ups have no extra fees and no order minimums.

Can I order a meal package for retail pick up?

Absolutely! You can add any of our meal packages to your cart and order for pick up. Please note if you wish to subscribe to a meal package you will have email Customer Service

How do I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email from our team letting you know your order is ready for pick up. Please wait until you receive this email to head to the store. Make sure to double check store hours!

Can I schedule my store pick-up for a different day?

If you don't wish to pick up your order the same day you order it, that is no problem! Just place your order, and shoot us an email letting us know when you'd like to pick it up. As we work with fresh food, we ask you only order up to one week in advance.

Can I subscribe to a meal package for retail pick-up?

Yes! If you want to subscribe to a weekly meal package for pick up each week, please reach out to our team at info@ketolibriyum.ca. They will help you out with setting up a subscription for retail pick-up.
